We visited Australia as part of our 2018 trip. The country is famous for its natural wonders and wide open spaces and its beaches. I was first expecting a very laid back atmosphere but found that Australia is incredibly urbanized.

What are the top cities that you must visit when you go to Australia with your family? Good thing is we hit all of them.

• Sydney
• Melbourne
• Cairns (including Port Douglas and the Great Barrier Reef)

The kids loved all of these spots. I would go back any day to visit these places again. Also our itinerary did not permit us to the visit the deserts or the Outback. So we want go back to Australia for a longer trip and see those too.
